I may have gotten myself in over my head... I mean who commits to running in a 5K after just three days off starting a workout program! So, someone at work mentioned that they were training for a marathon. And I mentioned that I would be happy to just run in a 5K. Half kidding, half knowing that I do someday want to be able to show some results by accomplishing something like it. My friend M. happened to be next to me and said, "Hey, T. is having a 5K for her school as a fund raiser. Twelve bucks. You could totally do it." Great. So now, I'm stuck.
Today is my day off from the gym. Guess I'll be back at it tomorrow and staring at the fact that I am now running in a 5K in April.
Please help me lose this weight so I can not embarrass myself in April.
