Week lost...

Nothing screws up a new workout routine then getting sick.  I wasn't able to get to the gym at all last week because S. was sick which then got me sick.  But I did get three days in the gym this week.  I was able to do an hour of run/walk, weight lifting, and a cycle class so far this week.  The only down side was that I had to go to a different gym for technical difficulty reasons and now M. loves it more than our regular gym!  Great.  Now she's asking me to drive to the other gym constantly.  But hey, at least she's willing to go!
