Day One (Tuesday, 1/26/2010)

First day of a formal workout program.  Still wearing a size 14-16, depending on the brand.  It's so depressing to see myself literally looking like a blimp.  Everything puffs out.  Who knew a person could have back fat??!!

Enough is enough.  I don't want to look this way anymore.  So, I'm starting my journey.  A journey back to a size 10... and maybe beyond.

I have a closet full of clothes that I WANT TO WEAR AGAIN!

I'm committed.  I have to do it.

So, today's date at the gym included a half hour on the treadmill doing  4 minutes of walking then 1 minute of running.  Then a half hour of weightlifting.

I feel good... sore but good.  Glad to feel sore - it makes me feel like I did something.  Maybe started the change.
